Do you charge any brokerage?
Yes, on deals we broker. The amount depends on the deal and so does who pays it — sometimes the owner, sometimes the tenant, sometimes it is shared. One rule is fixed: if an owner lists directly and the property is let through us, the owner pays one month's rent plus GST. Whatever applies to you goes in writing before anything is signed. Subscription plans and contact unlocks are separate and do not include brokerage.
